There is plenty to shout about already, with deals on big-ticket items already seeing huge price drops.

Currys is offering some big discounts on a number of top-end Samsung TVs.
Some of the (albeit gigantic 98" models) are discounted by up to £3,000.

When is Black Friday 2023?
Black Friday 2023 falls on November 24, it is always the Friday after Thanksgiving in the US which falls on the fourth Thursday in November.
But, as is the theme each year, we are likely to see plenty of money-saving deals crop up in the run-up to the big sale day.
Is Currys taking part in Black Friday this year?
Currys delivers epic deals throughout the year, especially on Black Friday, so we'd be a little bit surprised if Currys didn't take part in the shopping event this year.
In fact, there are already deals to shop ahead of November, so it's well worth making a list of your big-ticket items.

What to expect from Curry’s Black Friday sale 2023
As we briefly touched on before, Currys released its deals a couple of weeks ahead of the main event last year and also chose to extend the deals beyond the Cyber Weekend.
It's likely that the same will happen this year, but at this stage, it's too early to tell.
When is Cyber Monday 2023 and is Currys taking part?
Cyber Monday is usually the last day of the Cyber Weekend and falls on November 27 this year.
The penultimate sale day is always the Monday directly after Black Friday, but in recent years deals have extended long beyond this date.
Should I wait until Black Friday to buy something from Currys?
If you're searching for a particular item and it's already included in the early Black Friday Currys deals, it may be worth shopping sooner than Black Friday itself – in case the stock sells out.
However, if you're not after an exact product or appliance, it may be worth waiting it out to see which deals suit you best; giving you more time to price compare across goods.
If the exact product you're after isn't currently discounted, it's worth staying tuned as further discounts may still drop over the Cyber weekend and beyond.

What was in Currys' sale last year?
Last year there was up to 40% off thousands of products in the Currys sale, as well as additional promotions like six months of Apple TV+ free with every purchase.
You'll need to be speedy though if you want to bag a bargain, as popular deals tend to sell out fast.
When does Currys Black Friday sale end?
Technically the sale period will end on Cyber Monday (November 27 this year).
However, in the past, we've seen Currys Black Friday events extend well into December.

Does Currys price match?
Yes, Currys does price matching.
For up to seven days after purchase, you can use the price match promise. If an item is listed for less at a competitor, Currys will refund you the difference.
How much does Currys delivery cost?
Currys offers a standard free delivery service for all orders over £40, which takes 3-5 working days.
If you want to pick a specific day for delivery there is a £10 charge.
Alternatively, the next-day delivery service costs £5.99, unless you want to before noon which costs £10.99.
For larger items and appliances, the standard delivery ranges from free to £25, depending on the specifics of your order.
Next-day delivery on large items costs £20, or £35 if you want to choose a time slot.

Does Currys offer a student or NHS discount?
Currys has its own vouchers page, which is well worth checking before you head to checkout.
Currys does occasionally offer an up to 20% student discount too, but not all year round.
You'll also be able to get an NHS discount if you're a key worker. Unfortunately, you cannot get any specific military discounts at this time – but it's a good idea to check in case there is a promotional offer.
