But then? Mere hours later, news breaks that Khloé and Tristan have welcomed their second child via surrogate. Interestingly, the Kardashians’ rep did release a statement about this news, saying, “Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing.
