This fitness pioneer always looks ageless.
Denise Austin, 66, struck a confident pose in the same pink swimsuit she wore back in the ‘90s.
On May 5, the fitness guru shared an Instagram picture looking svelte in a classic hot pink one-piece swimsuit with white trim.
“Flashback Friday!! WOW!!” Austin captioned the snap before adding, “what an incredible memory to look back on!!”
“This Then and Now brings back such nostalgia…I wore this suit back in the ‘90s while shooting my TV show!! How many of you remember watching???” the workout aficionado asked her followers.
Austin’s show “Getting Fit with Denise Austin” ran on ESPN2 before moving to weekday mornings on Lifetime Television until it was cancelled in 2008, though re-runs can still be seen on TV today.
“I still feel as confident and fit as ever and love that I have this suit to remind me how far I’ve come!! Longevity baby!!! Thank you to everyone that has always supported me,” the former college gymnast continued.

Another told her, “I have been doing your tapes for 30 years. My daughter just got married and I was the same weight as when I got married.”
One fan encouraged her by writing, “You have aged like a fine wine.. Better with time.”
Austin has released multiple exercise videos and wrote books about staying fit, including “Pilates for Every Body.”
Her daughter, Katie Austin, has followed in her footsteps and was even named Sports Illustrated’s Rookie of the Year for the 2022 Swimsuit issue.
