Gaz Beadle and Emma McVey have announced they've split up after two years of marriage and welcoming two children together.
The ex-Geordie Shore star, 35, took to Instagram on Monday to share the sad news, after a fan questioned if he and ex-model Emma, 31, had parted ways.
He penned: "No we actually separated about 3 weeks ago we are still friends there is no bad blood or anything. We have worked out the best way of doing it for the kids which for me and Emma is always gunna be the most important thing.
"We both deserve to be happy as well as being parents."
Let's take a look into Gary and Emma's love story…
Emma first met Geordie Shore lothario Gaz back in 2016. They were first spotted together in January before making things official in August of that year.
The pair looked smitten for all of 2016, with Emma jetting off to accompany Gary on his various TV projects. However, disaster struck in early 2017 after Emma accused her then-boyfriend of cheating on her.
Emma and Gaz were on and off for most of 2017 before getting back together to announce Emma's first pregnancy in August 2017. The couple's first child, Chester Raymond Beadle-McVey, was born in January 2018.
Months after Chester's arrival, Emma announced she was pregnant with the couple's second child. Gary and Emma's daughter Primrose was born in December 2019.
Just one month before Primose's arrival, Gary proposed to Emma. He organised a lavish fireworks display to take place in their back garden, which was accompanied by a personalised sparkling sign which read: "Will you marry me?"
In July 2021, Gaz and Emma finally tied the knot with Chester and Primrose by their side. The couple exchanged vows in a stunning ceremony – exclusively covered by OK! – at fancy Cheshire venue Merrydale Manor in front of 90 guests. The lavish bash even included a performance by TOWIE's James 'Arg' Argent.
However, just weeks before Emma and Gaz tied the knot, the mum-of-two was informed that she had three holes in her heart and would need open heart surgery.
She explained at the time: "I have three large holes in my heart and damaged tissue which is causing my blood to pass through the wrong direction, the right side of my heart is now enlarged and weak, along with high blood pressure in my lungs.
"This has all got a lot worse as they should of been closed when I was a child, unfortunately no one checked my heart even when I had seizures and diagnosed with epilepsy or fainted like it was a hobby."
Emma underwent surgery last year, but five months later, the star unfortunately had to be admitted into hospital once more. Emma revealed she was back in hospital as she posted a selfie in June following her holiday abroad with Gaz and the kids.
Upon returning to the UK, the star showed the image of her hooked up to an IV drip, as she captioned it: "Did not see myself back in here anytime soon but here I am. So glad we got back to the uk when we did, so glad I was admitted into hospital when I was."
After months of post-op complications, which included a collapsed lung, Emma was finally back to rights, and she thanked her doctors and nurses for "everything" they did to make sure she could go home to her children.
