MCDONALD'S is launching its popular Monopoly game, giving fast food fans the chance to win huge prizes.
Monopoly will begin on Wednesday, September 7 – and here's everything you need to know if you want to take part.
McDonald's launched the competition in 2005, and it works in a similar way to the classic Monopoly board game.
But just like its namesake, it's good to know the rules, and the tactics you should use to make sure you boost your chances of winning.
We've shared all the rules and the best way to play in this handy guide.
How does McDonald's Monopoly work?
Customers collect game pieces when they buy qualifying McDonald's products, such as colour co-ordinated road names or train stations.

Here are the menu items that come with stickers – including this years new double peel.

- Big Tasty with Bacon

The maximum number of pieces you can get at once is nine.
You'll need to choose one of the main items above in a meal and choose one of the sides and a drink, and each will come with three tokens.
Unfortunately favourites like original McNuggets and Big Macs don't come with any pieces, and never have in McDonald's Monopoly.
Each piece represents a tile on the Monopoly board, which you can pick up for free in the restaurant or play along online.
When you collect a set, you get a prize, and there are also "instant wins" which allow you to claim your goodies right away.
What is the best way to play McDonald's Monopoly?
There are a few tips and tricks to follow if you're more likely to win a prize when playing McDonald's Monopoly.
For example, you can increase your chances of winning by swapping your fries for a healthy side.
The sides of salad, veg or fruit bag, which you can have as part of your meal, come with three pieces.
Fries however come with only two game pieces in a meal.
Game pieces come with a code to play games online – but there are times to avoid.
Lunch and dinner time are particularly busy – the more people playing, the less chance there is to win.
There are two cash prizes up for grabs per minute, and non-cash prizes are "allocated across the hours in that day at random subject to due weighting to take account of anticipated rates of game-play at different times of the day" according to the rules.
If you spot empty packets or cups on tables, it's worth checking to see if there's a tile you can use.
This practice is known as "wombling", though it's not always approved by companies, but millions of people do it across the country.
How long does McDonald's Monopoly last?
McDonald's Monopoly will run for six weeks, from tomorrow (Wednesday, September 4) to Wednesday, October 18.
If you win, you will have until November 15 to claim your prize.
