A mum once branded ‘Britain’s most hated woman’ for faking depression to blag a free nose job on the NHS is offering tips on how to be hot over 40.
Carla Bellucci, 41, is an advocate for taking pride in your appearance no matter your age.
She said looking good will improve your mental health while giving you a better sex life.

Elaborating on why she feels it is important, Carla, from Hitchin, Herts, told Daily Star: “It is always the typical trolls who have a certain look… the Karen from Bognor Regis.
“They have got that typical look and if I give 10 seconds of my time to see who is trolling me it is the person with no man, greasy hair and no teeth.
“I don’t ever look at a troll and go ‘oh my God she is absolutely stunning’ because they are too busy getting on with their lives.
“I think being hot over 40 is good for you. It is good for getting laid but ultimately it is good for yourself.
“If you feel good then you are happier, more confident and if you love yourself everything falls into place.”
She added: "Everyone says to me I am big-headed but I’m not. I have massive flaws but I know I look good for what I am.
“I am in my 40s and I’m not going to say I look 18 but I do look after myself and I am happy with myself whether you think I am this or that.
“I am happy with myself and I like myself.”
And below, she offered seven tips that she believes will help women to be their most attractive selves:
‘Stop Binge Drinking’
Mum-of-four Carla said: “I see a lot of women over 40 and they always have a glass of Chardonnay in their hand.
“Everything is done with a glass of wine and the thing that gets me, they preach about being the best mothers in the world but they are drinking every day.
“You see them at lunches, gatherings, pub nights and it is just constant. They drink more than the men.”
‘Stop eating then complaining’
Carla, getting into her stride, said: “You will see people say 'oh I can’t stop eating' before moaning and then they go in on hot women.
“Have self control, you are not going to be in shape if you go to the gym all these days a week and pay all this money if you are going to come back and eat the whole fridge, that isn't going to get you fit.”
‘Stop trolling and concentrate that effort into getting laid’
Carla, whose teenage daughter was hit on by a ‘creepy’ Premier League star, explained: “Get busy!
“Put that time into your relationship or into yourself. A lot of these women that come in at me, not all, but a lot of them seem to have no man and they are very bitter, very twisted and very hateful.
“I think if you put that much effort into trolling me you could put the effort into going on a date or getting laid and then you will be less stressed.
“I think these women are very frustrated and angry.”
‘Smocks are not hot’
Carla laughed: “What is it with these smocks?
“For God’s sake, you’re 40 so better put a smock on… it does not make you a better mum standing at the school gates with a sunflower smock on.
“Just because you are standing there looking like you go to church every day, it doesn’t mean you are a good person.”
‘Don’t waste money on gym’
Carla is also adamant that going to the gym is ultimately pointless if you don’t maintain a strict diet.
She said: “What is the point of going to the gym and spending £100 on these memberships just because you think you look cool and you can put it on the gram.
“You are at these posh gyms but then you are going to go and eat a whole days’ calories in the afternoon.
“So save your money and have some portion control, go on a bit of a diet, and you will probably look better than ever.”
‘Stop hating’
Carla is convinced that letting go of hate will instantly make you more attractive.
Explaining more, she said: “What do you get from hating on others? I have this big thing that if you are a happy person then happy people don’t go around hating other people.
“I don’t care what anyone else does, yeah I might not agree with it, but to hell if I ever would respond to a troll from behind a keyboard.
“If I had a problem with someone I would tell it to their face because that is the big thing for me.
“I have all this trolling and I go out most days and nobody ever says anything to my face.
“I would just sit me down face to face and say ‘look hun I have a massive problem with what you do’ and we can have it out and talk about it.
“But they don’t do that, they go behind a keyboard and I really hate that.”
‘Be happy from within’
Carla’s final tip was to try and embrace happiness from inside yourself.
She said: “Be happy from different aspects of your life, be it private life, work life and be happy from within and just enjoy every moment.
“Life is precious, stop hating others and if you do I think you might become a better and more attractive person.”
