A TikTok style pro with a 30G bra size has revealed her go-to strapless design to support women with bigger busts.
Lara, from the UK, posted a video in July wearing the bra to demonstrate to her 89,000 followers how supportive the undergarment is.
Style guru Lara – also known as @bigb00biebible on the social app – regularly shares reviews, recommendations and advice for fellow large cup-sized ladies.
The video – which has received almost 2000 likes and captioned “Answering my most asked question!!” – has drawn in a positive response from supporters who have been struggling to find a flattering, fitting strapless bra.
In the footage, Lara is seen modeling the £54 Freya bra from Bravissimo in Ash Rose as she boasts of its support and comfort.

She said: ‘I just got back from holiday and this is the only strapless bra that I bought and it worked with every single outfit.
‘There’s no movement going on. This bra is staying put. So this is the Freya tailored strapless bra. And I absolutely love it because it’s underwired, providing amazing support.
The content creator continued: ‘It comes with detachable straps as well, so you can attach the straps and wear it as a normal bra.
‘And I love the fact that there’s a smooth finish, because when you put on tops and dresses, you don’t want the fabric of your bra to show through.
Concluding the honest review, she said: ‘So this gives such a smooth finish under your clothes because it’s a sweetheart neckline.
‘It just works under sweetheart necklines, straight necklines. It just goes with everything.
‘It is so hard for us, for the busted ladies, to find a supportive strapless bra, but I couldn’t recommend this one enough.’
Supporters in the comments generally expressed both gratitude and curiosity over Lara’s recommendation – with some who already own the bra confirming its advantageous features.

People gathered in the comments to thank Lara for her recommendation – but some fans were a little disappointed with the bra’s fit and limited size range
One user said, ‘Glad you love it Lara!’ while another said, ‘TYSM! (Thank you so much)’
Another person confirmed the bra’s beneficial properties, writing: ‘YES! Bought this for my holiday as I am a H Cup and can’t not wear any support . It’s amaze!’
Some people, however, were dissatisfied by the bra’s limited cup sizes and the general ‘fit’ while modeled by the creator.
One fan, after attempting to purchase the undergarment, said: ‘Doesn’t go bigger than a GG. Would be great if you could recommend more. I’m in desperate need for a holiday in a few weeks time.’
However, one helpful person responded to the comment recommending a different bra from the same brand, writing: ‘”Elomi Smooth Strapless Moulded Sahara Bra” go up to a J I think and are great.’
An unconvinced commenter simply stated: ‘I feel like it’s a bit too big on you personally.’
A wide range of supportive and tailored bra options have become available in recent years for women with larger breasts.
However, some brands have represented their products in an unappealing way on particular models, leading to backlash from consumers.
ASOS was slammed in 2022 for ‘fuller bust’ velvet bodysuit that couldn’t seem to contain the model’s breasts.
Fashionistas have criticised the retailer’s bizarre choice of model and the item’s seemingly impractical design.
