An influencer has been praised online for sharing what "she used to post on Instagram vs her content now".
Josephine loves to share body positivity posts to her 152,000 followers and her latest is nothing new.
She enlightened her fans with a snap of what she used to share online versus her kind of uploads now.

Along with the bikini snap of her posing next to an image of her being natural was a lengthy caption.
The beauty wrote: "I used to spend hours creating the perfect Instagram post. 2017 me was obsessed.
"I wanted everything to be perfect and it wasn't until the moment I felt that it was I could relax."
Josephine told how she used to spend a "scary" amount of time taking hundreds of snaps to find the "perfect one".
But she's finally realised that she didn't enjoy the process and only wanted to "fit in".
She added: "I had to learn that chasing perfectionism doesn't leave much room for authenticity.
"But being authentic is actually the best thing you can ever be because when you're just being you, there's just not as much bulls***."
She continued: "You don't really care about what other people think of you because you know opinions doesn't matter to you.
"You attract people that likes you for you.
"People that are more focused on who you are as person rather than what you have and what you look like."
Josephine ended the post by saying she's never been happier for realising her imperfections were her "own kind of perfect".

Since she shared the inspiring post it racked up thousands of likes and comments.
One follower gushed: "Transparency = queen energy," while another added: "You are so inspirational love this."
