A LONDON studio has hit the rental market for an eye-watering £1,208 a month – and that doesn't include bills.
The flat is described as a bright, newly decorated studio, which boasts a garden and car parking, and allows pets.
But, the flat itself is so small the tenant could cook breakfast from their bed.
That's because the London room's electric hob is situated directly next to the bed, along with the fridge and rest of the kitchen.
Plus, the tenant's monthly living costs will exceed £1,208 because the rent doesn't include bills.
The property listing on OpenRent also suggests two people would be able to squeeze into the cosy home.

And although the property promises furniture, the listing images only show a double bed, mattress and wardrobe located directly across from the bed.
At least the room does have its own bathroom, with a shower, toilet and sink.
The minimum tenancy for the North Cricklewood home is 12 months and students are also welcome.
It's not uncommon for small flats to come up for rent with eye-watering price tags.
