Dr. Terry Dubrow might need to check his definition of “botched.”
The plastic surgeon, who recently purchased a $16.1 million Beverly Hills mansion with wife Heather, claims the property in need of some serious TLC.
However, the Dubrow’s new mansion not only has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it also boasts skyline views of Los Angeles, a private tennis court, a pool and a hot tub.
The hilltop property, which was built in a French Normandy-style in 1946, is set on 8.2 acres of prime real estate and was previously owned by late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis.
The 9,000-square-foot pad has plenty of room to entertain with a grand foyer, an oversized deck area, an outdoor kitchen and a formal dining room.
The purchase comes less than one year after the couple sold their Orange County mega-mansion — appropriately dubbed “Château Dubrow” — for a record-breaking $55 million.

“We are so excited to redo this legendary home,” Heather, 54, told her Instagram followers Monday, noting that renovations “should take about 3 years.”
The couple, who snagged the “botched” property for well below the $37.5 million asking price, emphasized that it was a fixer-upper.
“It needs a lot of work,” Terry, 64, said on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast. “It’s going to really test Heather.”
The “Botched” doctor, who wed the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star in 1999, said Heather would oversee the property’s construction.
“This is going to be next level,” he said, calling his wife a “real estate design genius.”
As for what led to the surprise purchase, Terry explained, “We’ve been looking for a new project to do … We looked all over the place.”
Their new home was previously owned by millionaire restauranteur Steve Crane, who was married to legendary movie star Lana Turner, before it was occupied by bestselling author Harold Robbins.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Heather and Terry will be neighbors with LeBron James and Drake, along with Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.
Despite relocating to the 90210 zip code, the Bravolebrities don’t have any plans to cross over into “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
“I mean, [Heather] knows a lot of the Beverly Hills ‘Housewives,’” Terry told us.
“She’s very good friends with Garcelle [Beauvais] and Kyle [Richards],” he went on.
“But our roots are in Orange County. My practice is in Orange County.”
The pair, who he described as “leading a dual life,” also own a Roberto Cavalli-designed penthouse in Los Angeles’ Century City.
