Inside Princess Eugenie & Jack’s new luxury life in Portugal – including living in a £3.6m golf club where Harry visited | The Sun

PRINCESS Eugenie has a swanky new home – and it’s not in the UK.

The King’s niece – along with husband Jack Brooksbank and their kids – is now living in a luxury golf and ocean club in Portugal.

Princess Eugenie and Jack, along with August, two, and Ernest, five months, are said to be splitting their time between living at the CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club and their life back in the UK.

The reason for the move is Jack’s job, as he is doing marketing, sales and promotion for property entrepreneur Mike Meldman, who is managing the 300-home development there.

According to its website, CostaTerra “offers a wide range of real estate options, from large estate homesites to contemporary coastal villas, turnkey club residences and custom luxury homes”.

And the club – dubbed the "Hamptons of Western Europe" -is certainly fit for royalty, boasting luxury amenities such as an 18-hole golf course, spa and equestrian centre.

If that wasn’t enough, there is also private surf lessons, paddleboarding and catamaran trips where you go dolphin-watching.

There is even the option of joining a partridge or wild boar hunt thanks to the partnership with the Vale Do Manatio estate.

There is also a mile of beachfront and prices for the homes are said to start at £3.6 million.

Amal Clooney and former model Rande Gerber are rumoured to have a stake in the members-only luxury residential community.

MEGA MOVE

Meghan & Harry ‘to leave £11m nine-bed Montecito mansion and move to LA’

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are said to have stayed at the resort and visited Eugenie after the Invictus Games.

It is no surprise that she invited her favourite cousin Harry to soak up the September sunshine at her swanky holiday home.

The Princess struck up a friendship with Meghan before the Sussexes began dating and the trio are believed to keep in regular contact.

CostaTerra is located a stone's throw away from stylish fishing village Comporta, which is surrounded by picturesque rice paddies, the ocean, sand dunes and pine forests.

Eugenie and her family could even brush shoulders with A-listers who have a home in the area, including Madonna, Christian Louboutin, and Carla Bruni.

It is advertised as offering “the simple luxury of natural European living” an hour south of Lisbon, so it’s certainly clear to see the appeal for Princess Eugenie and her family.

Eugenie, who is the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, is said to be continuing her work for London art gallery Hauser & Wirth on a hybrid basis.

When they are in the UK they will be staying at Kensington Palace, with the royal recently revealing on the Table Manners podcast the process of getting a Deliveroo takeaway inside.

Princess Eugenie admitted she had ordered a takeaway the night before with husband Jack, as their palace fridge was empty and looking “sad.”

She shared how she had got a curry and it was harder than you may think to get it to her door.

Eugenie shared: “So last night we got a curry which I never do. I never eat them!

“Jack and I were literally sitting there for an hour on Deliveroo like ‘what on earth does this mean?’”

Chef Lennie asked the royal: “How do they get into Kensington Palace?”

Eugenie answered: “You ring down and we say ‘there’s a Deliveroo coming’ and then we’ll get in our pyjamas and drive down and pick it up.”

Lennie was shocked at the effort, and asked: “They won’t bring it to you?”

Eugenie said: “No, we could walk but I don’t want to be in my pyjamas outside.”

Eugenie also added how she has plans to send her two sons to boarding school when they are a bit older than Jack was when he started boarding at the age of eight.

She explained: “Yeah, at 13. I think my husband went to boarding school at eight.

“Yeah, I mean, looking at my sons now. I want to hang out with them. I like playing with them. I don't want them to leave.
