Status changed to single: Facebook COO, billionaire beau split

Outgoing Meta COO Sheryl Sandberg married businessman Tom Bernthal at the Four Seasons Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyo., sources exclusively tell Page Six.

Local insiders told us that the couple booked up the entire hotel for the nuptials – and guests included the groom’s famous brother, “The Walking Dead” star Jon Bernthal, as well as tech titans and Washington, DC, power players.

“They bought out the whole hotel for the wedding, and it was on super lockdown,” said a source.

The source added that there was also a contingent of techie types and Washington, DC, bigwigs on the scene.

We hear that Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken was spotted at the Four Seasons over the weekend schmoozing with wedding guests.

Locals also said that the night before the nuptials, there were four helicopters seen flying back and forth to the top of the mountain at the resort – presumably transporting supplies for the weekend’s proceedings.

A source said that there was also a welcome party for the couple’s guests the day before the wedding.

Spies also told Page Six that Jon Bernthal and others from the wedding were seen playing touch football outside at the resort on the day of the ceremony.

“Jon was out there playing football in a big ol’ cowboy hat!” said a gobsmacked local. The actor has also starred in “The Wolf of Wall Street,” “King Richard” and “The Punisher.”

Sources said that because of the guest list, “there were secret service agents” at the hotel, and that guests were being very tight-lipped about any details of the weekend.

However, it’s unclear if Sandberg’s former colleague, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, was at the wedding.

The Facebook billionaire bride, 52, did post pics of the wedded couple on Instagram with just the caption, “MARRIED,” plus some heart emojis, and no further details.

The groom, 50, who founded consulting firm Kelton Global, shared the same pic with a heartfelt message.

“After both experiencing loss, @sherylsandberg and I weren’t sure we would ever find love again,” he wrote. “Over the last three years, we’ve merged our lives and blended our families. Our wedding today was a dream come true.”

Bernthal’s father was an attorney at top law firm Latham & Watkins.

People reported that the wedding had a Western theme.

Sandberg’s two children with her late husband Dave Goldberg and Bernthal’s three kids were reportedly members of the bridal party. “It is our wedding as the seven of us,” Bernthal told People. “We keep saying, ‘We’re all getting married,’ ” Sandberg added, according to the report.

Sandberg announced recently that she’d step down from Meta this fall to focus on “foundation and philanthropic work,” but she’ll continue to serve on its board.

However, her summer wedding caused some controversy before announcing her departure from the company: At the time of her resignation, it was reported that she was the subject of an internal Meta investigation for using corporate resources to plan the event.

Sandberg has a net worth of $1.5 billion, according to Forbes.

Reps for Meta, Kelton and Jon Bernthal did not immediately comment.
