Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner enjoyed a stroll with two out of their three children in Miami on Tuesday as they visited their lavish waterfront mansion that is being built on Indian Creek — an exclusive island that is known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker.’
The former White House senior advisers purchased a $24 million dollar fixer-upper in the village last year and have been temporarily renting a condo as they wait for their dream home to be completed.

Ivanka was dressed casually in a black sleeveless T-shirt and matching cropped leggings. Her blond hair was pulled back and tucked under a black cap.
She wore dark shades to shield her eyes from the Florida sun and topped off the sporty look with a pair of black running sneakers.
Jared matched his wife in a black T-shirt and sunglasses, though he opted for a pair of light blue shorts and gray sneakers.
The also both had on matching red string bracelets, which they have been wearing off and on for years. Jared wore his on his left wrist while Ivanka had hers on her right.
Though they haven’t spoken about the purpose of the bracelets, they do bear a resemblance to the type of red string that Kabbalah practitioners wear to ward off the ‘evil eye.’
Ivanka’s lookalike daughter had on a black floral dress with puff sleeves and high-top Nike sneakers for the family outing, while Theodore was the spitting image of his dad in a blue striped shirt, shorts, and sneakers.
Both kids were on their scooters, but only Theodore was wearing a helmet. The couple’s oldest son, Joseph, nine, was not with them during the walk.
The trip from Surfside to Indian Creek is only about a six-minute drive, but the family is known for their love of walking, and they are often seen strolling on the beach or to their local temple for services.
The couple and their children were seen crossing the 41st Street bridge to Indian Creek together before checking out the progress on their new home.

Ivanka and Jared purchased the property in April 2021, a little over a year after they dropped $31.8 million on a two-acre plot of land in the village.
Indian Creek has roughly 40 lots and 30 residences, all of which were built around the perimeter of the island for waterfront views.
The high-security community is also home to the Indian Creek Country Club. Ivanka and Jared both enjoy golf, but joining might be considered an affront to her father, who has over a dozen golf courses to his name.
The couple started putting down roots on Indian Creek around the same time Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen dropped $17 million on a plot of land in the village — followed by another $10.12 million in construction costs to build what was supposed to be their forever home.

They moved out of their home in Washington, D.C.’s affluent Kalorama neighborhood and into Arte Surfside, where they have been living for nearly two years

Ivanka and Jared, who grew up in New York and New Jersey, respectively, relocated to Florida after her father left office in January 2020.
They moved out of their home in Washington, D.C.’s affluent Kalorama neighborhood and into Arte Surfside, where they have been living for nearly two years.
The building is one of the most expensive complexes in Miami-Dade County, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month.
Its penthouse sold for $33 million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York in January 2021 — the same month that they moved into the building.

They have been living a relatively quiet life in Florida and are often seen spending quality time with their children. However, their lives haven’t been exactly stress-free.
In September, New York Attorney General Letitia James sued former President Trump, Ivanka, and his oldest sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, for $250 million for allegedly inflating property prices when seeking lending.
Jared also recently underwent a second surgery for thyroid cancer, which he confirmed during an interview with The National Desk last month, saying, ‘It was very successful.’
The family’s latest outing comes one day after Ivanka’s father was set to be grilled under oath in New York to answer questions in the defamation case brought by columnist E. Jean Carroll.
In a memoir written after he became president, the veteran columnist accused Trump of raping her in a New York City department store in the mid-1990s during a chance encounter.
Carrol is now suing Trump after he denied her allegations by claiming ‘she’s not my type’ and accusing her of lying to sell her book.
