Jessie James Decker knows exactly what she wants from her husband ahead of Father’s Day.
In a promotional video for Ryan Reynolds’ Aviation American Gin brand, the singer teased Eric Decker with a vasectomy-inspired cocktail.
“It’s Father’s Day and that means it’s time for another vasectomy — something my husband has refused to get,” joked Jessie, who has been vocal about Eric’s refusal to undergo the medical procedure amid her attempted requests.
”So, today I’m taking matters into my own hands.”
As the “Eric and Jessie” alum shared the cocktail recipe, she made sure to add in little innuendos that referenced the procedure.
“We’ll start by filling a tall glass with ice,” she instructed. “That’s probably more ice then you’ll need to soothe your tender areas after what I’m told is a pretty quick and painless procedure. I mean, it’s not like giving birth.”
Adding one ounce of cranberry juice, the songwriter said it’s sweet, “like an outpatient gesture of love.”
“Then add one and a quarter ounces of smooth Aviation American Gin, the perfect gin for anyone who loves notes of citrus or Jets,” Jessie went on, referencing Eric’s former NFL days as a wide receiver for the New York Jets.
Jessie then added a squeeze of lemon, followed by tonic from Betty Buzz, the mixer company from Reynolds’ wife, Blake Lively.
“Looks like there’s at least one husband out there looking out for his better half,” she joked of the famous couple, who have been married since 2012.
As a finishing touch, Jessie added one more playful dig by “snipping” the orange peel garnish.
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum first shared her and Eric’s conversations about a vasectomy back in January 2022, telling Us Weekly at the time that he “won’t book it.”
Per Jessie, Eric attested that the procedure made him “nervous” and like “a little power” was being stripped away.

In an interview the following year, Jessie told the outlet that her husband’s stance hadn’t changed.
“He says it takes, like, his manhood away from him,” the former reality star said. “So he’s just gonna leave it, I guess.”
The couple, who wed in 2013, share daughter Vivianne, 8, and sons Eric, 7, and Forrest, 4.
Jessie also shared that she and the retired athlete are “not doing anything to truly prevent” another baby.
“I mean, you know, if it happens, it’s always a blessing,” she added.
