Jim Edmonds accused his ex-wife, Meghan King, of going to a “narcissism retreat” and leaving their kids with a nanny instead of him this past weekend.
The former MLB player alluded to some visitation issues with King when he wrote on his Instagram Stories on Thursday, “Sad when your ex tells the kids, you don’t want to see them when you’re busy then doesn’t let you see them when you’re out of town. Unknown…”
His rep then exclusively claimed to Page Six that the former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star had hired a nanny to take care of their three children — Aspen, 5, and twins Hart and Hayes, 4 — while she went on a retreat.
“Jim thinks it’s really sad the kids are being left with a nanny instead of their father, who changed his Super Bowl plans so he could be with them. Hopefully Meghan enjoys her narcissism retreat,” his rep told us.
While her ex seethed about her alleged decision, the former reality TV star alum has been posting several photos and videos since arriving at Sedona, Ariz. for her Gaia Haven Wellness — also referred to as “The Experience” — on Wednesday.
The retreat is described as four days featuring different wellness activities — including a drumming circle – “performed by the best Shamans, yogis, mystics, and licensed professionals available.”
Last month, Edmonds called out his ex-wife for saying “constant lie after lie after lie” about him.
“It’s just little jabs like that. It’s been nonstop for three years, and it’s so f–king annoying,” he said on a Jan. 18 episode of the “Hollywood Raw Podcast.”
“I don’t know if the truth has come out of her mouth since her and I have been together,” Edmonds further claimed. “I can give you an entire list and if not, [it’s been] all three years of just straight lies.”
King later slammed Edmonds’ remarks as “glaring lies.”
King and Edmonds separated in 2019, but their divorce wasn’t finalized until May 2021.
Edmonds has since moved on and wed Kortnie O’Connor in Italy in September 2022.
King also tied the knot to President Joe Biden’s nephew Cuffe Biden Owens in October 2021, but they ended up splitting two months later.
