It’s been five months since Sofia Richie walked down the aisle but we’re still not quite over her luxurious South of France wedding, not to mention the fact the model continues to be one of our go-to sources of beauty inspo. From her TikTok beauty hacks to sharing which makeup products she swears by, it’s safe to say we’re a little bit obsessed with Sofia’s signature quiet luxury aesthetic.
However, there’s one thing in particular she continues to inspire us with – and you can’t even see it.
After revealing that she wore a combination of Jo Malone fragrances for her wedding day, the brand’s perfumes have reached new heights of popularity, particularly Sofia’s two nuptial scents; Peony Blush Suede, £118 here, and English Pear & Freesia, £118 here.
Sofia also revealed that the Jo MaloneEnglish Pear & Freesia, £118 here, has become one of her all time favourite perfumes, and now fellow fans of the fragrance can get their hands on a limited edition version.
The Special-Edition English Pear & Freesia Cologne, £118 here, comes in a special edition fluted bottle but has the same scent you’ve come to know and love with top notes of juicy Williams pear adding a freshness to it, whilst heart notes of Freesia give it a delicate floral hint.
The base notes include rose and patchouli which add a deep, woody note and help give the perfume longevity to keep you smelling beautiful all day long.
Seeing as the English Pear & Freesia Cologne, £118 here, has become something of her signature scent, it’s no surprise that the model features in the campaign for the brand new version of the fragrance.
Shetook to her TikTokto share a look at her advert for the limited edition fragrance, captioning it “One pear in every bottle” as a nod to the fragrance's claim that each bottle contains the equivalent of an entire pear inside, with fans going wild in the comments section for the campaign.
“This is so effective! I want one right now and have that reaction every spray” said one comment, whilst another added: “This is such a good campaign omg.”
The perfume comes in three different sizes, with the 30ml bottle, £55 here, the 50ml size, £82 here, and the 100ml bottle, £118 here, so you can pick a size that works for you and is within your budget.
However, if you’re not quite ready to splurge on the English Pear & Freesia Cologne, £118 here, there are a couple of alternatives out there that will give you a similar scent without breaking the bank.
The Yardley London Lilac and Pear, £14.44 here (was £16.99), has an incredibly similar fragrance palette to the Jo Malone version, with fresh citrus and pear blossom top notes, heart notes of rose, lilac and freesia, and base notes of cedar wood and musk.
Whether you opt for the more affordable alternative or decide to treat yourself to the Jo Malone Special-Edition English Pear & Freesia Cologne, £118 here, it's safe to say its going to be the scent of the season.
