Hit Netflix reality show Love Is Blind follows hopeful singletons as they fall in love behind screens and propose – all without ever seeing their partner.
The pairs then embark on a luxury honeymoon to Mexico as they assess whether, in the light of day, they’re quite as committed to their beaus as they originally thought.
For those that don’t fall at the first hurdle, they then have to decide if – after just a few weeks of knowing each other – they’re really ready to make the ultimate commitment and head down the aisle.
The show has produced several success stories – and its’ fair share of car crashes – since it first premiered on the streaming service back in February 2020, and some contestants have even gone on to start families. Here’s a full list…
Mark Anthony Cuevas
Despite being just 24 at the time, Mark seemed pretty keen to settle down when he appeared on series one of the show and proposed to then 33 year old Jessica Batten in the hopes of finding last love.
That romance didn’t last but that didn’t stop Mark from getting his happy ending as he went on to marry 26 year old Aubrey Rainey in September 2022, with whom he now shares a family YouTube channel.
The pair have two sons together, two year old Ace and one year old Axton, who were born just nine months apart.
Jessica Batten
Mark’s partner Jessica has also gone on to become a parent since she appeared on the first season of Love Is Blind.
Jessica, now 38, announced that she had moved on with foot and ankle surgeon Benjamin McGrath not long after the show premiered in Spring 2020.
The pair tied the knot in September 2022, almost three years after Jessica dramatically said I don’t at the altar with ex Mark.
Jessica announced that she was expecting a baby in “early June” in January 2023 and shared that they were expecting a little boy in March.
Bartise Bowden
Notorious series three villain Bartise Bowden shocked fans when he revealed that he had become a father to a little boy.
Bartise showed that he had a good sense of humour about it, though, and joked that he “might’ve been the villain on TV, but gonna be the hero for him.”
Bartise’s son, whose name is not known, was born in December 2022 but it’s believed that the star is still single as he shared on social media that he’s single and “dating again” after appearing on another dating reality show, Perfect Match.
