Love Island is usually at its peak when the contestants are battening down the hatches for a storm – and by that, we mean a huge row.
But can we blame it on the booze that got them feeling loose, Jamie Foxx style?
As it happens, no, we can't blame it on the alcohol because Islanders only get two drinks per night in the villa.
Which might come as a shock when you remember some of the greatest island arguments, including Faye and Teddy and 'storm Anna' herself.
Season 4 alumni Eyal Booker, who recently split with his girlfriend of two years Delilah Belle Hamlin, previously revealed that alcohol "was very, very limited" and that it was "max two glasses of wine a night and that's max!"
Sounds like producers wanted to keep things classy… ish.
During a Q&A on TikTok, Amy Hart from Season 5 answered a question on whether Islanders can take each others' drinks.
She replied: "No, and they tell you on the first day that if you do get caught giving your drink to anyone that everyone gets banned from drinking for five days.
"So then you'll let everyone else down, so don't do it."
Callum Jones, who appeared in the first series of Winter Love Island in 2020, confessed to an early night during his series for doing exactly that.
Amy wouldn't have been very happy with you, Callum!
He explained: "I didn't have too many drinks… [It was about] seven but that's because no one wanted to drink so I thought 'Why not? It's going to go to waste so I'll drink it'".
Fan-favourite Molly-Mae Hague has achieved success after PLT success after leaving the villa with boxer boyfriend Tommy Fury in 2019.
She previously opened about the rules on flinging back a drink or two.
Molly-Mae said: "I think I probably had about one glass of wine the whole time I was there.
"You can have two glasses of wine a night which some people still manage to get drunk off because they're actually quite big glasses".
She added: "One night Maura actually took my glass, downed it in the larder (a little room where they keep all the drinks), filled it up with water and then put it back.
"She had three glasses of wine and was so drunk.
"It was so funny."
In fact, the rules are so strict that prospective Islanders aren't even allowed booze during their pre-villa quarantine.
Although Sharon Gaffka and Brad McClelland have revealed that they did fight back and earn themselves alcohol halfway through their lockdown.
Sharon said: "My chaperone and I got on really well. It was better when we were allowed alcohol.
"I was drinking alcohol and watching the euros."
Brad added: "Quarantine for me was mint. My chaperone was class, I could have happily stayed in quarantine."
But after Brad revealed he was only allowed alcohol a week into lockdown, he explained: "That was Shannon.
"[She] kicked off and was like 'I'm not doing this, if we're not allowed alcohol', so yeah, we were allowed it halfway through."
