A man has gone viral on TikTok after sharing photos of his body modifications designed to make him look like a human skull.
Sandro Dahlke, from Brandenburg, Germany, is better known online by his nickname ‘Mr Skullface’ after having spent the equivalent of £8,000 on extreme body modifications.
He has shared his journey on TikTok under @mr.skullface666 and says people have accused him a Satanist because of his extreme appearance.

To achieve his skull-like look, he has also had the skin around his eyes tattooed.
With the quotes translated from German, Sandro told NeedToKnow.online, ‘Many think it was because I belong to the new modern satanism and that it was a type of worship, but this is not the case.
‘My mods are just for me because I prefer them. Removing the earpiece [his ears] was the craziest thing.
‘The procedure itself was [done] under anaesthetic. […] since the seam was under tension, I had to be very watchful of my movements to not endanger them.
‘Only after four months was it healed so far that it looked good.’

Sandro is used to people staring at him in public and commenting about his look online.
He said: ‘In the public area, they [my modifications] are mostly looked [at like that’s awesome]. Negatives are less [forthcoming], maybe because many are scared I could get mad or something.’
Sandro revealed he has received backlash from some religious groups over his modifications, particularly as he has altered his skin.
The body modification lover has recently taken to TikTok (@mr.skullface666), sharing his journey with his 6,662 followers.
In one clip, that’s had over 6,000 views, Sandro shows off his forehead implants to stunned viewers, though many also commented on his jet-black eyes.
