Millie Courthas had a summer of plenty of lavish holidays following hersplit with ex Liam Reardon in July.
The formerLove Islandstar, 24, continued to take care of herself as she and fellow Islander Lucina Strafford descended upon a luxury hotel to enjoy a few days of self care.
The reality star pair took to social media to document their trip away including a trip to a “snooze room” they visited post massage at the spa hotel.
The duo visited the elegant Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel in Staffordshire where they were treated to the venue’s very luxurious spa package.
From the minute the porter carried the girls’ bags up the stairs, they were treated like royalty as they enjoyed a glass of fizz before their treatments.
Millie and Lucinda’s incredible hotel room featured a freestanding bath, plush bedding and an incredible view over the hotel’s manicured gardens.
She posed in her UGG boots and leggings before heading off to the spa where Millie showed off her natural, bare faced beauty.
Following a massage they visited a “snooze room” and Millie told fans: “This snooze room is everything [laughing emoji].
“After your massage you can come in here to relax on a heated water bed and these lights change colour. Honestly the most relaxing room I’ve ever been in”.
Fans praised the star for taking some time to relax with one writing: “It’s Millie’s world and we are all living in it x”.
“It looks insane, hope you enjoyed hunny,” said another. While a third added: “Looks so lush!!! Hope you enjoyed”.
Millie won Love Island in 2021 withLiam Reardonbut thepair went their separate ways in July this year after “growing apart”.
Millie took to Instagram at the time to reveal the heartbreaking news, writing: "Hi everyone, to avoid any speculation Liam and I wanted to share with you that we have separated.
"It's been a tough decision and I am gutted but it's ultimately what is best for us right now. Thank you to every single one of you for supporting our relationship.
"Nothing will ever take away from the amazing experience we shared in Love Island and the past year and I wish Liam all the best in everything he does. We're both ready for new chapters and I'm excited for what's next. Love, Millie."
Following the pairs’ split,Liam, 23, made the decision to join Celebs Go Dating.
In the teaser of Liam joining the agency, he said he's "hoping to move forward" in his "new life".
However, many viewers werequick to question whether he moved on “too quick”following the pair’s split.
