A mom-of-one has shared she suffered intense back pain and poor posture due to her 34E breasts and has now revealed she’s undergone ‘life-changing’ surgery and now sports her size 34C breasts.
Bree, 23, a content creator from Georgia, recalls suffering with scoliosis, a curvature of the spine, in her lower back due to the weight of her size 34E breasts.
After giving birth to her son, Lincoln, three, she claimed her condition worsened as the pain became unbearable and she could barley stand up straight.
Soon, she struggled to find clothes which would fit properly and the mom-of-one recalls growing tired of restricting her wardrobe to items which would hide her breasts.
A 23-year-old mother has opened up about her decision to undergo ‘life-changing’ breast reduction surgery after her natural 34E boobs left her battling severe back pain (pictured left before her operation and right after)
After giving birth to her son Lincoln, now three, Bree (pictured after her surgery), from Georgia, said her breast and back pain became even more unbearable
As summer came, the content creator (seen after her breast reduction) tried to get back into an exercise routine, but it proved to be too painful due to the excess skin from breastfeeding
As summer rolled around, she tried to get back into fitness – but this proved a challenge as the excess skin from breastfeeding would cause chest pain.
‘Truthfully, I didn’t know how I was going to manage another summer with them,’ Bree said.
‘Clothes were so difficult to find that fit well and I didn’t like looking at myself because I was so out of proportion.
‘I was tired of having to always choose what supported or hide my breasts, rather than what would be most flattering or comfortable – especially swimsuits and dresses.’
The mom-of-one’s pain only worsened after she gave birth, she said: ‘After breast feeding, they were completely empty and the skin had stretched out, so it was difficult to find a bra which would still fit.
‘Along with tightness in my shoulder and neck from the bra straps, I could only really wear sports bras for everything.
‘Working out proved to be a challenge when it came to finding sports wear that supported me and I would have chest pain from the skin moving around too much.’
In a bid to improve her condition, and overall quality of life, she researched her options as she feared getting through the summer – where she ultimately decided on having a breast reduction.
She visited her physician who referred her to a plastic surgeon and claims that the procedure was deemed ‘medically necessary’ due to the pain and discomfort – resulting in the cost being covered by insurance.
On June 2, she went under the knife and now, she has no regrets – currently sporting her 34C breasts.
She said: ‘There hasn’t been a single second I’ve regretted getting it done and each day, they’ve gotten better as the swelling goes down.
‘I’ve never had surgery before, so I didn’t know what to expect – but it was a very smooth process.
‘I was expecting to be in a lot of pain, but overall, it was mostly discomfort.
‘All my close friends and family have been super supportive of my decision, as most of them know what I was dealing with beforehand.’
Bree noted she wasn’t able to go through with the appointment or recover without the help of her family.
She said: ‘My husband, Brett, I’m especially thankful for as he pushed me to finally make the appointment.
Bree documented her experience on TikTok and her followers shared their support in her comments section and wished her a ‘speedy recovery’
‘Even our son, he’s been nothing but helpful and gentle to his mama.’
In a bid to share her transformation, she uploaded a video post-reduction on TikTok, where she has racked up over 30,000 views and nearly 3,000 likes.
In the clip, she speaks about her recovery and after-care, before pulling her top to the side and revealing her bandaged breasts.
Users flocked to the comments to share their words of support.

Bree added: ‘It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made – just for me.

‘Healing and pain is temporary, but the long term results will be so worth it.’
