A mother was horrified when she turned her back for a matter of minutes only to find her toddler had covered himself in Sudocrem.
Daisy Stokes, 34, of Birchington, Kent, had left her mischievous 16-month-old son Reggie with older sister River, six, while she went upstairs to get ready.
However when she returned moments later, she found the oily white nappy rash cream had been smothered all over her carpets and sofa – as well as Reggie.
She managed to snap a hilarious photograph of the little boy covered in the cream from head to toe.
And despite days of trying to get the white mess out of her soft furnishings, there are still marks on the mother-of-two’s carpet now.

Daisy explained: ‘It was one of those typically annoying times for a mum where I had somewhere to be.
‘I’d rushed around all morning, got him and his big sister ready to go out.
‘Gave myself two minutes to run upstairs and chuck my clothes on and asked big sis to please watch her brother – then I walk back in and see that.’
She said: ‘I was in such shock and just had to grab him the minute I could to avoid any more damage.
‘I’ve tried everything to get it out of the carpet but as it’s oil based it won’t go anywhere.’
Daisy, who has just set up her own cake-making company called Daisy Cakes, said she will definitely be leaving the Sudocrem on a top shelf next time.
She added: ‘Reggie is the classic second child, I always joke that if I’d had him first I’d probably never have been brave enough to have another one.
‘He is everywhere all the time and fiery too as he has red hair.

When Daisy had returned downstairs from getting ready, all hell had broken loose in her living room

She said Reggie is the ‘classic second child’ and said the mischievous little boy often steals food

‘He steals people’s food off their plates when they aren’t looking.
‘He even points up at the ceiling to make the person look away from their plate and then goes in for the grab. He is very funny.’
Recently, an anonymous mother was left ‘appalled’ after a couple let their toddler make a mess in a restaurant.
She posted on UK forum Mumsnet to ask others if she was being unreasonable and questioned whether parenting has changed for the worse over the years.
The baby screamed to get out of the high chair, banged cutlery on the table, spilled water everywhere and pulled soil out of a pot plant.
The divisive post left some users riled, with some claiming she should mind her own business, while others agreed that parents are too relaxed.
