NEXT has issued a major update to shoppers ahead of yet another of its popular sales.
The fashion and homeware retailer has reached out to a number of shoppers with special VIP slots for its next event.
The early-access sale has already kicked off online, with at least 50% off across a whole host of ranges including women's clothing, homeware, beauty and children's clothes.
VIP Members get an exclusive look before the sale is launched in store, and some have started to receive their early access slots.
The in-store discounts will soon be launched across shops nationwide as the sale is due to kick off on Saturday, September 23.
That's also when regular shoppers will be able to pick up bargains on the Next website too.

Major brand quietly starts charging for returns – will you pay more?
If you're planning on waiting until the sale launches in store, you can find your nearest branch using the Next store locator.
Note that each store may have different opening hours, so it's best to check with your local branch before going.
The sale often attracts hoards of shoppers who sometimes queue through the night, just to be first in line to grab bargains.
It's particularly popular because everything is at least 50% off, rather than a most retailer's "up-to" sale.

Ahead of the sale kicking off in stores this weekend, there's actually a nifty way to work out if something is set to be discounted.
You may have already spotted that items are usually marked by staff in the days before the sale starts and this handwritten scribble is the key to spotting what the discount will be.
The codes are written in pencil on the price tag, these might be P360, G4, R5 and J6 for example.
If you ignore the letters, you're just left with a number – that's generally the sale price of the item.
The codes and the marked-down items can vary from store to store.
Plus, other items might still be marked down, even if they don't have a code on them just yet.
Of course, by holding off with buying the items until Saturday, you risk that they sell out but it could also save you a lot of money.
The Sun has contacted Next for comment.
For the last sale back in July The Sun headed down to a Next store and checked out the special codes ahead of the sale.
We spotted several items with pencil markings written across the backs of the item's label in preparation for the official sale launch.
How can I bag the best bargains at Next?
A Next employee previously shared top tips with The Sun about how to grab the best offers in stores and online.
Before the sale, familiarise yourself with the sale stock on offer ahead of time when Next reveals more information about the sale.
Check in store and online to see what items you might fancy, that means you'll be able to act fast once prices start dropping.
You should also check online before heading to store – this is because the sale launches online before it hits the shops.
Choose the right store for you – smaller stores could be less busy while crowds of shoppers mostly head to the big branches, so you'll have less competition.
You could try shopping later in the day – around two hours before closing when staff bring out more stock.
Homeware and women's clothing sells the fastest – so alwaysbe sure to make a beeline to grab bits from these ranges first.
How can I get a Next VIP slot?
To receive a VIP Sale invite for the online event you will need to have successfully opened a NextPay account ahead of time.
It's too late to become a VIP for this particular event, but you can always sign up ahead of the next one.
Other requirements to become a Next VIP include:
- Having a Next flexible credit account with at least £250 credit available
- Placing and keeping an order from the Next Directory within the last year
- Having an up to date email address registered with Next, and being registered to receive sale and promotional emails
- Receiving a copy of the Next Directory
- Returning less than two thirds of the items ordered
All VIP sale slots are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, and they're restricted to one per customer.
Users have the best chance of getting amazing deals by accepting the first slot they're allocated because things can sell out quickly.

And remember as with any sale it is only a saving if you are buying something that you were looking for anyway.
If you are just buying because something is discounted then you are not necessarily saving money.
