Oleg Shupliak's bucolic painting has been baffling viewers since it was created in 2012.
Now after resurfacing online, the image, Visions in the Mountains, shows a mountain landscape with hidden characters.
Depending on your perspective, the optical illusion shows a hooded man with a person sitting on his jacket.
There's also a face of the Mona Lisa, a man with a beard and person sitting on a rock.
According to author Rebecca Stokes at Your Tango, what you see first can determine quite a lot about you.
If you see the bearded man first, it means you allow your self-esteem to impact your relationships.
But if the man sitting on the jacket is spotted first, it could mean you have a fear of conflict.
She said: "There is nothing worse than having to express your negative emotions to another person, except maybe for them having to have a full conversation about it."
However, seeing the Mona Lisa first signifies a brighter future with a romanticised view of life.

She added: "Being able to see all of that beauty is a great gift to have, but it can also make it a bit too easy for you to avoid problems in your relationships."
And if you spotted the hooded man first, it could signify you have a bad temper.
There's also a man sitting on a rock in the background too, which could mean you have a tendency to isolate yourself.
Having alone time is important for these people, she said, but spending time with your loved ones is too.
Rebecca concluded: "You call yourself an introvert, but the truth is sometimes that you just take it too darn far."
In other news, what you see first in this optical illusion can show your strongest personality traits.
