Erika Jayne’s secret to “happiness” is a combination of antidepressants and sex.

“These new antidepressants are really killing it,” Jayne, 50, said during a cast trip to Punta Mita, Mexico, on Wednesday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

In a confessional, the embattled Bravolebrity explained how she sought help last season after her legal and financial woes came to light.

“Last year, I was waking up, like, with this hopeless feeling. So I called a psychiatrist and I went on Lexapro,” she told the camera, adding that getting busy in the bedroom has also improved her spirits.

“There’s a lot of sadness still here but there is happiness in the form of having some fun with some friends, having some sex and just trying to stay in the moment and not stay in the past.”

During a group lunch on the beach, Jayne’s frenemy Garcelle Beauvais asked her if the women “would be able to know” if the latter didn’t take her prescribed medication.

“Yeah, if you think I’m irritable now, I was really mean [last year],” she admitted.

“Borderline bully?” Beauvais, 55, then followed up.

The “Pretty Mess” singer wasted no time explaining why that particular label doesn’t bother her.

“Honey, they called me a ‘bully’ in a court filing today. Do you think I give a f—k? I wear that s—t like a badge of honor,” she said. “They told me I was along the lines of my husband and I use his tactics of bullying, threatening and all this other s–t. And I said, ‘I’ll take it!’”

Jayne filed for divorce from now-estranged husband Tom Girardi in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage. One month later, the former couple was sued by Edelson PC for allegedly embezzling settlement funds meant for the victims of Lion Air Flight 610, whom Girardi represented.

Jayne, who denied the charges against her, was eventually dismissed from the fraud suit in January.

However, she is now facing a $50 million racketeering lawsuit, a $2.1 million “aiding and abetting” lawsuit and a new $5 million fraud lawsuit.

On “RHOBH,” Jayne said that she decided to “fight for [herself]” as her court-related miseries piled up.

“Women are supposed to be polite, quiet, sweet and agreeable — until you get your f—king ass handed to you. And then what? Are you supposed to take it, like lying down? No, you have to fight for yourself because no one else is going to,” she said in a confessional.

“And if that makes you a bully, then so be it.”

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
