A landlord was slammed for sending renters a strict cleaning checklist with 20 different demands.
The home owner told their tenants to scrub the kitchen, wipe the windows and mop the floors.
They also wanted the oven cleaned, cobwebs cleared, lawn mowed, lightbulbs changed and shed de-cluttered.

The family, who were renting the property in Perth, Australia, were told they’d face consequences if they didn’t comply.
The letter added: "Please follow this guide for your upcoming routine inspection to ensure no cleaning items are missed.
"The list below outlines all the areas your Property Manager will be checking. Failure to have these items cleaned will result in a breach notice being issued."
The tenants, who are parents with two children, were unimpressed by the extreme cleaning checklist.
So they took to Reddit to complain – and many were on their side.
One commenter wrote: "F*** off. It's a house, not a six star hotel."
Another said: "This list is overkill, and there is no requirement for a house to be spotless for an inspection.
"You are only required to maintain the condition of the property, in a 'reasonable state of cleanliness' and not negligently or deliberately cause damage."
A third remarked: "This is wildly excessive. More appropriate for a final, not a routine inspection."
And a fourth added: "UGH. These people are f***ing. Scum."
