Maya Vander’s rainbow baby has arrived!
The “Selling Sunset” alum gave birth to a baby girl named Emma Reign earlier this month after suffering a stillbirth and a miscarriage in 2021 and 2022.
“I am feeling so much relief now that I delivered, and we are both safe,” Vander told People in an interview published Thursday.
The former reality star explained that she was induced at 37 weeks, as doctors “didn’t want to take any chances” following her previous stillbirth.
However, there was one scare during the “fast” vaginal delivery.
“Her heartbeat dropped as I was pushing,” Vander told the outlet. “It turned out that the cord was around the neck.”
She continued: “It was scarier, given my recent loss.”
Vander is also the mother of son Aiden, 4, and daughter Elle, 2, with her husband, Dave Miller.
She said she chose the newborn’s “simple and classy” name because it “sounds good with Aiden and Elle.”
The real estate agent announced in July 2021 that she was pregnant with baby No. 3, but her son Mason died in a stillbirth five months later at 38 weeks along.
“Yesterday was the hardest day of my life,” she wrote via Instagram of the “nightmare” in December 2021.
“Instead of delivering a baby, I get to go home with a memory box. I do not wish this on anyone.”
The former Netflix personality suffered a miscarriage in June of the following year.
“I had a very crazy week,” she wrote on her Story at the time. “Miscarriage after 10 weeks … following my stillbirth … but my kids and my husband are absolutely my blessing and I am so lucky to be their mother!”

Vander advised her social media followers not to “take things for granted,” praising Miller and their children with giving her “joy and happiness” during the heartbreak.
The businesswoman then confirmed to the US Sun on May 4 that she was “nine months pregnant” with a baby girl on the way “any day now.”
Vander admitted to keeping “quiet on social media” about her expanding family, explaining, “It’s exciting, but also this time around I have more fears and more concerns given the last circumstances.”
She did, however, give a glimpse of her budding belly, with many of her followers celebrating her pregnancy in the comments section.
Vander, who starred on “Selling Sunset” for five seasons from 2019 to 2022, has been married to Miller since 2017.
