SHOPPERS have been snapping up bargains in an iconic brand's 50% closing down sale ahead of all shops shutting for good.
Cath Kidston is currently holding a huge sale and shoppers have been rushing to grab items for up to half their original price.
Fans of the fashion and homeware brand have shared their finds on social media.
It comes after Next agreed to buy Cath Kidston, known for its kitsch floral designs, out of administration.
The high street giant bought the brand name, domain names and intellectual property for the business for £8.5million.
But the four remaining standalone Cath Kidston stores are set to close within weeks.

The two concession stores, in Colne and Sheffield, will also pull down the shutters for good.
The sale is currently taking place online and the website will continue to operate as normal until no later than June 20.
It means that shoppers have been able to scroll the site for hundreds of items including home accessories, bags, clothing, as well as kids and baby items.
One bargain hunter posted on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group to share her find and news of the sale.

She wrote: "Cath Kidston has gone in to administration, currently have a sale everything at least 30% off up to 50% off.
"I got this fold away bag for £52.50 down from £75."
She also shared a photo of her new bag, which she nabbed for £22.50 less.
The post was met with over 900 comments and 500 likes.
One shopper commented: "We need to go get some bargains!"
Another tagged her pal and wrote: "You need to have a look at this."
Of course not everything is a huge bargain, with some items only reduced by 30%.
Make sure to take advantage of the biggest savings and have a shop around for the best items.
Also, always factor in delivery charges when shopping online.

Shoppers will be able to buy any remaining stock online after the last stores close.
Cath Kidston, which was founded in 1993, collapsed into administration in April 2020 with 60 UK stores closing and 908 jobs lost.
But it has still been trading online and the four standalone stores have continued to operate.
The brand was set up by designer Cath Kidston and had more than 200 outlets around the world at its peak.
The brand, e-commerce and wholesale parts of the businesses were bought from administrators by Baring Private Equity Asia in 2020, before Hilco snapped it up earlier last year.

Next's most recent takeover of Cath Kidston is the latest in several takeover deals for struggling brands.
In November last year, it bought furniture store Made.com, which sold its intellectual property, brand and website to the retailer.
