The push-up has fallen out of favour in recent years. After the pandemic called for comfort over anything else, many of us swapped padded bras for soft crop tops – or no bra at all.
But now, everyone’s favourite cult shapewear brand, SKIMS, is hoping to bring back to the push up bra with their ‘most innovative product yet.’
Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS is launching a push up bra which promises to give shoppers the ‘best boobs ever.’
Donned as a ‘reinvention’ of the traditional push up bra, the Ultimate Bra will be on sale from Friday 17 August after years of testing and development – which included using 3D scans and moulds of women’s real breasts, including Kim Kardashian’s very own, obvs!
For those that want a, erm, ‘total breast transformation’ the bra uses tapered foam cushions – rather than the old school design of one large foam pad, which can cause too much lift, giving that ‘shelf-like look’. No, thank you.
This alternative design apparently provides graded fullness and a naturally rounded teardrop shape.
The bra is also made with sheen microfiber fabric for softness and comfortability, and also uses the classic SKIMs smoothing technology that will make sure your bra remains hidden under your clothes.
There is also a concealed underwire – but if you’re a non-wired girlies, there’s no need to panic. The wire is encased in a soft brushed casing, prioritising comfort without compromising support.
The bra will come in sizes 32A to 44D and 10 different colourways, including cream, brown, tan and black.
