NESTLE has admitted there was a shortage of one of Brits' favourite Quality Street flavours.
The chocolate giant has today apologised to treat lovers, after they noticed something missing from their Christmas tubs.
The choc fans noticed their favourite Coconut Éclair was nowhere to be seen as they stocked up on Quality Streets for the festive season.
One person wrote: "Hey Quality Streets and Nestle, I think your Quality Street quality control needs some recalibration.
"Three purple ones, seven fudges, zero Coconut Éclair?
"Explain yourselves."

Nestle quickly replied, apologising – saying it wasn't their fault.
The choc maker wrote: "Aw sorry to hear that your mix didn't contain the Coconut Éclair.
"Don't worry though, you didn't get any less. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, we replace one sweet with equally delicious sweets."
The fan quickly typed back quizzing: "So what you're saying is that you have a shortage of Coconut Éclair, so you have topped up with the other varieties?"

Nestle then admitted that was the case, writing: "There was a shortage a little while ago which has now been rectified.
"We're very sorry about that. Please DM us with the best before date and codes around it from the packaging and we can help further."
Quality Streets are a classic Christmas favorite – and Brits are always quick to share tips around the chocolate this time of the year.
It was today revealed the cheapest place to buy the sweets – and it's not Lidl or Morrisons.
This week we have found the cheapest way to get yourself a deal on a 600g tub of the seasonal staple, and it's not how you might think.
Just Eat has 600g tubs of Quality Street at £3.62, reduced from the usual price of £7.25.
The deal is available when buying the chocolates from Iceland and The Food Warehouse via the Just Eat website or app.
This is the cheapest deal around at the moment, but bear in mind that delivery charges will apply.
Delivery on Just Eat is £1.99 for orders under £15 and anything over is free.
Running a close second to the Just Eat deal is Aldi, who has the 600g tubs for £3.89 at the moment.
The third cheapest is fellow discounter Lidl, at £4.49, which is still a 87p more expensive than Just Eat.

When we checked Tesco online it was showing out of stock until December 23, while Morrisons and Sainsbury's both had the chocolates for £5.
