‘It took her no time to grab the chicken, go right to the bath and enjoy herself. She was living the dream.
‘The chicken was meant to be for dinner that night, it was really funny so I couldn’t get mad.
‘We had to order pizza. I wasn’t cooking anything else as it was too late. She was smart. It was a once-in-a-lifetime thing, I had to capture it.’
‘She’s extremely independent,’ Natasha explained. ‘I was gone for about seven minutes and when I came back, I heard some noise from the bathroom…’
Natashia had put down five-month-old Kai for his nap and when she returned, ‘extremely independent’ Alex had managed to turn on the tap of the family’s shower.
‘She’s extremely independent,’ Natasha explained. ‘I was gone for about seven minutes and when I came back, I heard some noise from the bathroom.
‘I looked in and there was my daughter with the chicken floating in the bath. She’d run it herself.
‘We don’t have a regular bath, we have a stand-up shower so she’d used a bucket. She knew exactly what to do.
Mother-of-five Natashia also revealed that Alex’s cheeky antics don’t end there – after she covered the house in her little brother’s baby formula only this week
‘The tap I have is one nozzle and it’s quite easy to manoeuvre. She saw me [do it] and figured it out quite easily.
‘When I saw her, I paused for a second then ran to get my camera. I said to her ‘good luck on your wedding’.
‘She turned to me like ‘am I going to be in trouble?’ then right away tried to give me a bite of the chicken. I wasn’t going to eat the soggy meat, it was gross.
‘I then grabbed the rest of the carcass, took out all of the bones and left what was left in case she wanted to eat it. She picked at it a bit.
