Two-bedroom home in picturesque village could be yours for just £15,000 – but it comes with a catch | The Sun

A TWO-bedroom home in a picturesque village could be yours for just £15,000 – but it comes with a catch.

The detached property in the quaint village of Barr in Ayrshire, Scotland, was damaged by fire, and it's left a huge hole in the two-storey pad's roof.

The grim devastation means the starry night sky is just a head-tilt away for anyone looking to stay inside the blaze-damaged home.

Some of the rafters still remain intact although they are charred from the flames that once ripped through the upstairs.

The windows have been smashed and there is debris strewn across the drive.

Prospective buyers are unable to view any of home's features, such as its two bathrooms or living room, due to safety concerns.
