This property is a do-upper, for sure. It's on the market for just £50,000 – but you'll have to spend some more to get it in tip-top condition.
While you may be spending the pennies restoring it, the initial purchase may be small.
But bear in mind that this property is being sold at auction – so there's no telling what the final sale price will.
Auctions can be a great way to nab a cheaper home – but make sure you've factored in all the extra costs.

This flat on Guildford Road, Portsmouth is for sale at only £30,000.
It has a sitting room, shower room, kitchen and a walk-in wardrobe.
The flat is offered with no onward chain, which should make the buying process a bit less stressful.
However, this house is only available through shared ownership,a scheme where you part-buy, part-rent a property.
While this can be a good way to get on the property ladder, make sure you fully understand the scheme and qualify before getting excited about making an offer.
3-bed house in Newport, Wales – £50,000
This house on Blake Road, Gwent is up for auction for just £30,000.
It's only a 39 minute drive to Cardiff, according to Google Maps, too.
The property looks like a fixer-upper so you may spend additional pennies on it after purchase though.
