The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are reportedly set to move out of London in the coming months, with the couple planning to relocate to Windsor with their three children.
Kate, 40, and Prince William, 39, will be moving out of Kensington Palace and into Adelaide Cottage, according to The Sun, with the pair selecting the property as it didn't need renovating and isn't "too showy", it has been claimed.
The Grade II-listed home sits on the 655-acre royal estate in Windsor, Berkshire, and boasts four bedrooms, making it the perfect family home for Kate, William, and their children, Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, seven, and four year old Prince Louis.
The family currently reside at Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace, a four-storey property featuring 20 rooms, and spend a lot of their spare time at their country retreat, Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

Kensington Palace has been the Cambridges' main residence since 2017, with the family having previously resided at Anmer Hall before moving to London.
Kate and William will reportedly be keeping their London property however, as it will remain operational as an office for staff, who are based there.
The pair will continue to use Anmer Hall often too, as they enjoy taking their three children there for countryside breaks and weekends away, and consider it their "happy place", a friend of Prince William told The Sunday Times.
The Duke and Duchess hope to then move back to their Norfolk abode after their children have completed school, the friend added.
An insider has opened up about the Cambridges' move, explaining how they wanted a "modest home" and did not want anything "showy".
The source told The Sun: "Kate and William were very keen for a modest home to start their new lives in Windsor. Adelaide Cottage fits the bill because it is a four-bedroom home and they do not need any more as they have no live-in staff.
"They were adamant they didn’t want anything too showy or anything that needed renovating or extra security so as not to be a burden on the taxpayer."
Prince George and Princess Charlotte will reportedly be leaving their prestigious prep school in Battersea once they break up for the summer holidays, and will then be enrolled at a new school in September, along with Prince Louis.
"The added bonus is they can send George, Charlotte and Louis to school together locally. The three children will enjoy running around and playing in the gardens, which is the kind of life they enjoy so much when at Anmer Hall," added the insider.
The family are happy to be moving nearer to the Queen too, who has been experiencing mobility skills over recent months.
An insider claimed: “They had no other demands than a pleasant family home close to schools and the Queen. They will pay rent from their private account. All they need to do is move in some of their treasured furniture and possessions.
"The whole family is looking forward to moving in this summer and starting a new chapter in their lives together in Windsor," the source said.
