Love Island 2022 provided us with eight weeks of non-stop drama and entertainment, while spin-off show Aftersun gave us all of the gossip and behind the scenes content we needed.
Each Sunday evening Laura Whitmore was joined by a host of celebrity guests as she interviewed dumped Islanders and delved into what had been happening in the villa recently, along with exclusive content from the show.
Stars such as Tom Grennan, Jordan Banjo and Mabel were all guests on Aftersun but one celeb was a firm fixture on the sofa, and that was comedian Darren Harriott.
He was a regular panellist on the spin-off show, but what do we know about him and his career? Let's take a look…
Darren, 33, is a comedian and TV personality from Oldbury, who first appeared on our screens back in 2016 on Stand Up Central for the channel Comedy Central.
The following year, Darren featured on BBC's Live at the Apollo and then won Edinburgh Fringe's Best Newcomer Award.
He has toured the UK with his stand-up comedy shows Visceral and Good Heart Yute, and he also regularly appears at comedy clubs across the country.
Darren's popular stand-up shows became the basis for his debut series on BBC Radio 4, Darren Harriott’s Black Label.

After his first TV appearance in 2016, Darren has gone on to land numerous TV gigs with the comedian appearing on shows including Mock the Week, Don't Hate the Playaz, 8 out of 10 Cats and Richard Osman's House of Games.
In 2021, he presented CBBC show Would You Rather? before going on to co-present both British as Folk and Britain's Top Takeaways.
Darren is also a regular on many radio shows and has Newsjack Unplugged and Comedy of the Week for BBC Radio 4 as well as the BBC Radio 4 Summer Festival.
The 33 year old mainly keeps his private life out of the spotlight, but previously did mention his girlfriend when he appeared on Richard Osman's House of Games in 2021 and joked that she dislikes his house. It is unknown if Darren is still in a relationship or not.
Darren regularly made guest appearances on Love Island Aftersun in previous years but in 2022 he was confirmed as a regular panellist on the 2022 series.
He joined the panel alongside other celebs each week to discuss what had been happening in the villa and also jetted off to Mallorca on a number of occasions to film content for the ITV2 show.
Love Island Aftersun is available to stream on the ITV Hub.
