In the clip, the young woman dressed up in a hoodie and and boxy jacket, hiding her long brunette hair under a cap.
She then put on straight-leg jeans and trainers to complete the "boyish look".
"POV: You're scared to deliver orders at night alone but you make more money at night so you dress up as a man," she added.
Some viewers gave tips to Tia to change her jeans to a pair of "baggier pants".
"Baggier pants and strong men's perfume and you're good to go," one noted.
A second shared: "Very convincing, well done!"
"Try pants that aren't cuffed at the bottom, I think that will help sell it," a third wrote and a fourth was shocked by Tia's get-go, saying: "How? Because if I wear boy clothes I just look like a homeless woman."
Another TikToker also shared street-smart tips to fellow women including switching routines to make stalker difficult to trace.
Kaylen Zahara said: "You need to be so consistent with being inconsistent that you are then too difficult for them, that it's too much effort to try and track you.
"Spread it out. Drive the extra miles to run errands and the next week, don't go there anymore.
"Then go to the place that's close to you. Switch it up so much."
Another woman, Brienna, suggested to leave DNA if possible whenever you take a taxi ride home.
Leaving fingerprints and hair in the car could be useful for the police to collect evidence.
But some reminded her that only hairs with roots attached can be used to extract DNA.
