In a recent post the content creator shared a picture of herself sitting down to show off her natural tummy.
She said we can be "strong, sexy, happy, loved and healthy even with belly rolls."
The smiley young coach donned black underwear as she posed sitting down to show how even slender bodies can fluctuate when you alternate poses.
Danielle showed off her radiant smile as she told women it's normal for all of us to have wobbly bits.
Writing on Instagram, Danielle said: "Yessss we can!!
"I use to be stuck in the idea that I HAD to be the smallest version of myself with minimal fat in order to be healthy, happy, valued, loved, admired, sexy.
"But in my smallest body I was unhealthy & unhappy and there was zero self love.
"See, your body isn’t a signifier of your health or happiness or beauty. Someone who weighs more can be much healthier than someone who weighs less.
"That’s why the BMI scale has so much contradicting research.
"Me having rolls and more fat than I ever have? This is MY healthy body. It’s the healthiest it’s ever been, having freedom around food, no guilt and a true enjoyment for fitness without worrying about calories burnt."
She added: "My healthy body has belly rolls, it has cellulite and all these 'imperfections' that society tells us make us unworthy.
"HAHA they make us BEAUTIFUL!! THEY MAKE US HUMAN.
"And, HEALTHY looks different on everyone. So, we can’t judge a book by its cover AKA we can’t judge someone’s health based on their body.
"But, WE CAN BE HEALTHY & HAPPY WHILE HAVING BELLY ROLLS. Remember that."
Since sharing the image many people have praised Danielle for her honesty and positive approach to body image.
The post has received over 1,000 likes together with several comments.
One person said: "My life is so much happier and healthier with belly rolls."
Another commented: "Yes, yes, yes. This is so powerful."
Meanwhile, a third added: "So true about your body not necessarily being a signifier of health and happiness."
