A woman is encouraging others to love all of their lumps and bumps.
UK-based Kaz, who goes by confidencewithkaz online, has opened up about her own issues surrounding her body's appearance.
The brunette beauty has worked hard to love the skin she’s in – and she wants to help others to do the same.

Kaz has opened up about how she has learnt to accept her body’s changes and any stretch marks and rolls that she has.
“After a few years and continuous support around me from family and friends, I learnt that who I was and the way I looked was not an issue,” she wrote online.
“The issue was that people who looked similar to me, were made to feel like they weren’t good enough, like they weren’t beautiful enough.
“So, I want to tell you that you are beautiful. Your body deserves to be strutted around that pool in the most gorgeous bikini you can find.
“Your stretch marks are not anything to be ashamed of and they never will be. Having a squidgy tummy isn’t ugly or unacceptable.
“Treat yourself and go and buy that bikini you’ve wanted for so long. Whether you’re a size 6 or a size 24 – you HAVE a bikini body.”
Kaz is regularly open and honest about her own struggles.
In the caption of one picture she uploaded, she revealed that she was struggling to love the photo in question.
She elaborated: “As soon as it was taken, the first thing I saw was my arms. My arms have been my biggest insecurity since forever.
"But, after a lot of thinking, I remembered why I started this account in the first place. It wasn’t only to help myself, but to help other people.
“I am slowly starting to love this photo because why shouldn’t I? Belly rolls are out, bingo wings are in full swing and that’s okay. These things are completely normal and totally common."
Kaz explained that while she might always struggle to love her arms, she decided to post the photo anyway.

She went on: “But, something inside of me kicked in today and made me tell myself that it’s okay to go out of my comfort zone. So, this is me.
“My stomach is doing flips posting this but I really hope for those of you who feel insecure about your arms too, it will help you realise that they’re just arms and we shouldn’t ever feel scared to have them out.”
Kaz has worked hard to feel confident in herself and finally has found the strength to wear a bikini.
“Can’t even put into words how AMAZING it has felt to finally go on holidays this year, wear a bikini and just feel normal,” she said.
“To not feel the need to have my tummy and stretch marks covered. To not feel the need to suck in whilst walking around the pool. To not feel the need to break my back sitting up as straight as possible, so that my tummy rolls don’t show. It’s been such an overwhelming feeling but it’s been SO worth it.
“To be comfortable with your body is truly beautiful. To appreciate your body is necessary.
“Please, don’t feel like you need to hide anymore. Please, don’t feel like you need to change who you are. Please, don’t feel like you aren’t good enough.”
Kaz went on to say that she understands how other women feel but said if she can find the confidence to wear what she wants, so can others.
She added: “I see you. I understand you. I feel what you feel. But, if I can do it, so can you. You’ve got this. Buy that bikini in your wishlist, wear it at the next opportunity you can get. You won’t regret it.”
