ANTONY spent the morning working out in his home gym as he looks to battle back from his derby day battering.
Manchester United legend Paul Scholes slammed the 22-year-old winger after his performance in the 6-3 dubbing at City on Sunday.
United were smashed all over the park as hat-tricks from Erling Haaland and Phil Foden put the visitors to sword.
But the full-backs came under the most pressure for Ten Hag's men, particularly in the first half as they found themselves 4-0 down at the break.
Tyrell Malacia and Diogo Dalot were both booked by the 23rd minute and a lot of City's attacks came down the flanks.
Scholes took to Instagram after full-time and shared a picture of fellow Class of '92 greats Ryan Giggs and David Beckham from back in their glory years.

The iconic midfielder appeared to be taking a dig at wingers Sancho and Antony – who actually scored a sensational goal for the Reds – for not helping back.
Scholes posted: "Anyone remember when wingers used to help their full-backs?"
Giggs and Beckham stood out for their attacking prowess but also offered tremendous support to Denis Irwin and Gary Neville among others at the back.
And Anthony appears to have fired back by letting off some steam in the gym.
