ARSENAL fans have claimed Mykhailo Mudryk "loves us" after his mature reaction to a laser being shone in his face during Chelsea's defeat at the Emirates.
Mudryk, 22, who ended up choosing the Blues over Arsenal in the January transfer window, was booed onto the pitch when he replaced Enzo Fernandez in the 71st minute on Tuesday evening.
And he was then subjected to a laser being pointed at his face on several occasions when he received the ball.
The vile act from someone inside the stadium was condemned by fans on social media as people called for a "lifetime ban".
But Mudryk took a different approach, sharing an image of the laser on his face along with the caption: "It's OK."
In response, one Arsenal supporter said: "Wow he actually loves us. In another life Mudryk 🕊."
