BARCELONA have confirmed they have sold off a further 15 per cent of their TV rights as Xavi Hernandez seeks more signings.
The broke Spanish giants are in dire financial straits, with players including Manchester United target Frenkie de Jong owed millions in wages.
But president Joan Laporta's tactic has been to ignore Barca's reported £1billion debt and instead sell off parts of the club to fund big-name transfers.
Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie have all arrived this summer.
That’s after Xavi Hernandez moved for the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ferran Torres in January.
But Barcelona still want more arrivals, with the club reportedly plotting a late attempt to hijack Chelsea’s move for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.

Manchester City playmaker Bernardo Silva is also in their sights.
And Barcelona today confirmed that they have sold another 15 per cent of their TV rights to American firm Sixth Street Partners for £255million.
Last month Barcelona handed the group 10 per cent of TV rights for £170m, with the new deal taking the total to 25 per cent over the next 25 years.
Barca’s TV income has averaged £132m per season over the past five years.

Even if there is zero inflation in value, that would stack up to £3.3bn over the next quarter of a century, meaning the club has sold a stake worth £825m for £425m.
The deal comes after Barcelona members voted in favour of offloading TV rights PLUS 49.9 per cent of the club’s retail arm.
It now remains to be seen if Barca can match Chelsea’s offer for Kounde.
But should they miss out on the Sevilla star, the Catalans could end up going for Villarreal’s Pau Torres.
The Spain international is believed to be on Manchester United’s shortlist.
However, Torres could prefer to remain in his homeland, with Barca also able to offer Champions League football.
