Boss Xavi is eyeing a hat-trick of world class stars that includes Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski.
Manchester City ace Bernardo Silva and Sevilla defender Jules Kounde are also on the shortlist, according to Mundo Deportivo.
It's claimed Barcelona have formulated a financial plan that allows them to sign all three players, ideally before their pre-season tour to America begins on July 16.
Barca are expecting a cash injection from TV rights, plus licensing and merchandise, over the next month.
There is also the potential of funds from the sale of Frenkie de Jong.
