CONOR GALLAGHER was shown a red card after just 28 MINUTES to add to his nightmare start in the Chelsea first team.
The midfielder, 22, was awarded his second start in a row alongside Jorginho against Leicester but couldn't make it count again.
Chelsea came out like they had a point to prove after the shambles at Leeds last weekend – when Gallagher was hauled off after an hour.
The London-born star flew into a couple of tackles early doors but his over zealous attitude was to blame for his sending off.
The playmaker was booked before long for a silly foul as he looked to make an imprint on the game.
He certainly did that just before the half-hour mark as he was sent off following a professional foul on Barnes.

The defensive midfielder was the last man back when Chelsea had a corner and it was an accident waiting to happen against Leicester's counter-attack.
The Leicester man was attempting to drive out from the back when Gallagher came in with a clumsy challenge which warranted his second yellow.
It was a terrible turn of events for the hosts as they faced over an hour with a man down.
The England International's team-mates dug in at Stamford Bridge to win all three points after a Raheem Sterling brace saved the day.

In the Palace
A season-long loan at Crystal Palace last term saw Gallagher heralded at Selhurst Park.
The midfielder was one of Palace’s best performers and scored eight goals and created a further five.
And his displays during his 39 appearances even caught the eye of England boss Gareth Southgate.
He made his international debut back in November and he has since gone on to earn another three caps since.
The West London side are still reportedly hopeful of bringing Conor Gallagher back to the club and saving his World Cup dream.
Tuchel's other options
Following weeks of talks between the Prem rivals, a £70million plus add ons fee was finally agreed with Leicester for defender Wesley Fofana.
They may have just shelled out for a very expensive defender but without defensive midfield star N'Golo Kante, the Blues look a little lost.
Matteo Kovacic came off the bench in a boost to Tuchel, but Kante faces a month out after the engine man hurt his hamstring in an inspirational display against Tottenham.
And Gallagher did not fill the void of injured Kante today, far from it.
