Conor McGregor puts son Conor Jr, six, through gruelling boxing workout as he ramps up training for UFC return | The Sun

CONOR MCGREGOR is ramping up preparations for his return to the UFC – but that's not stopping him from training his son, Conor Jr.

The MMA superstar appears to be in the midst of a gruelling training camp for his eagerly-anticipated comeback fight against Michael Chandler.

McGregor was recently in Cannes for a warm training getaway but has since returned to Dublin – where he's splitting his time between Straight Blast Gym and Crumlin Boxing Gym.

The Notorious is no stranger to bringing his kids – in particular Conor Jr – to watch him work in the gym.

Conor Jr was present for his old man's recent session at his boyhood boxing gym and ended up being put through his paces.

McGregor, 35, shared snaps of Conor Jr avoiding precision foam sticks and drilling the punch shield with his 47 million Instagram followers on Tuesday.

McGregor hasn't set foot inside the octagon since breaking his leg in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier two years ago.
