Darts star Ricardo Pietreczko has threatened to boycott the game and walk off stage if he booed against female player Mikuru Suzuki.
Pietreczko will open his account at the Paddy Power PDC World Championship on Tuesday evening against Suzuki, who is the second female player in this year's tournament after Fallon Sherrock. Sherrock has already been dumped out of the competition in the first round.
Pietreczko was booed by fans earlier this season, at the Grand Slam of Darts, when he clashed with Beau Graves. The German lost to Graves 5-1, after he let the crowd get to him.

In his following match against Nathan Aspinall, Pietreczko decided to ignore the fans, as he marched past them during his walk-on. He then explained his actions to German commentator Elmar Paulke, saying that he wanted to make a statement at the time.
Pietreczko has now threatened a similar reaction if he is booed again by the crowd at the Ally Pally. He told German outlet Bild: ''If they don't want to see me, then I don't understand why I have to accept such disrespectful things. It is absurd!"

However, he admitted he hopes it won't come to that and he hopes to remain a joker on stage. "I just want to be myself on stage,'' he added.
Pietreczko is strongly against the crowd picking favourites, and at a tournament in Leverkusen earlier this year, he pleaded with fans not to boo the non-German players. He was also left fuming after fans booed him at the Hungarian Open earlier this year.
