Eagle-eyed fans spot huge blunder on Premier League website with squad list featuring handful of forgotten stars | The Sun

FOOTBALL fans have spotted a major blunder on the Premier League website as they have failed to remove THREE big names from Liverpool's squad list.

Jurgen Klopp oversaw a major overhaul in his midfield during the summer transfer window.

He brought in four new faces – Ryan Gravenberch, Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai and Wataru Endo.

Meanwhile, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain left when their contracts expired at the end of the season.

And Arthur Melo's loan move from Juventus also came to an end after just one appearance for Liverpool.

Yet while all three exited in the summer, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Arthur remain listed as part of Liverpool's squad on the Premier League website.

Calvin Ramsay and Rhys Williams, both of whom have left on loan, remain on the squad list.

Fabio Carvalho is another still listed despite his loan switch to RB Leipzig.

But Nathaniel Phillips, who secured a short-term move to Celtic, has been removed.

Liverpool's new-look squad has started the season positively with eight wins, three draws and one defeat from 12 Premier League games.

It leaves them second in the table, one point adrift of defending champions Manchester City.

They have also won three out of four matches in the Europa League.

And they are into the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup where they will host West Ham.
