- KSI and Logan Paul have been travelling Europe as part of a Prime launch tour
- However, things took a turn for the worse when the YouTubers visited Denmark
- Fans in Copenhagen launched bottles of Prime towards the influencer duo
Internet stars KSI and Logan Paul were pelted with Prime bottles by fans in Copenhagen as their drink launch took a turn for the worse.
The YouTube duo were in the Danish capital as part of a promotional tour of Europe for the popular sports drink, when the incident occurred.
Having had large success since it’s 2022 launch, across both the UK and US, the influencers have been looking to build their brand across the continent.
However, in typical fashion for the influencer duo, their launch in Copenhagen was nothing short of eventful after fans began throwing bottles of Prime at them.
In a video that appeared on Twitter, UK-based creator KSI can be seen shouting: ‘Drink Prime’ before a large cheer from the audience.

Thank you Copenhagen!! @Logan Paul @KSI #drinkprime
However, shortly after the internet star utters those words, fans quickly began pelting bottles of the drink towards the duo on stage.
While both KSI and Paul were seen laughing during the incident, they also covered themselves for protection and were quickly taken off stage.
A number of security guards rushed to cover the YouTubers while bottles were being thrown from all directions.
The incident appears to have been taken in good spirits by the creative duo, with KSI giving his opinion on the matter on social media shortly afterwards.
‘That Prime bottle to my head was pinpoint,’ the British star wrote, with two laughing faces emojis accompanied at the end of the message.
As part of their European tour, the duo were in Munich on the 24th of June, before travelling to Barcelona a day later and, finally, arriving in Denmark on Tuesday.
Despite the pandemonium, KSI and Paul are scheduled to hold an event in Oslo on the same day as the final leg of their European tour.
Launched in January of 2022, PRIME has quickly become one of the world’s most popular drinks, with fans in some areas even queuing outside supermarkets overnight in a bid to get their hands on a bottle.
Headed by former in-ring rivals KSI and Logan Paul, the brand has benefitted significant exposure thanks to their various exploits, including KSI donning a full-size PRIME suit during Paul’s match with Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania 39 in April.
In July of last year PRIME became Arsenal’s ‘official hydration drink’, with lifelong Gunners fan KSI calling the partnership a ‘dream come true.’
PRIME was also recently named as the ‘global sports drink’ of the UFC, with Logan’s brother Jake Paul later publicly questioning whether the revenue generated by the sponsorship would benefit the fighters or just the organisation.

Recently, Spanish giants Barcelona reportedly signed a deal to feature PRIME as the club’s new energy drink sponsor for the upcoming season.
The Blaugrana had previously been partnered with PepsiCo-owned sports drink giant Gatorade.
However, the sponsorship deal is due to expire at the end of this month and the club are said to have decided to go in a new direction for the 2023-24 campaign.
According to a report from Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, PRIME will serve as the LaLiga champion’s official energy drink sponsor.
UK YouTuber KSI came under scrutiny in April – and was forced to take a hiatus from his online content creation – after using a racial slur in a YouTube video.
KSI began his career on YouTube before entering the boxing ring and then, eventually, launching sports drink company ‘Prime’
A Sidemen Sunday video saw the troupe of internet personalities take on a ‘Countdown challenge’ in which they attempt to come up with a nine-letter word like on the Channel 4 show.
KSI, whose team named themselves ‘N******’, struggled to come up with a word before offering one which caused offence – adding: ‘We need points and I don’t mean this maliciously.’
The YouTuber suggested ‘P***’ when attempting to come up with the longest word out of nine letters. Other members of the Sidemen broke out into laughter.
KSI – which stands for ‘Knowledge, Strength, Integrity’ – later took to Twitter to apologise for the words used in the video, which has since been removed.
He said: ‘I wanna apologise for saying a racial slur in a recent Sidemen video.
‘There’s no excuse, no matter the circumstances, I shouldn’t have said it and I’m sorry. I’ve always said to my audience that they shouldn’t worship me or put me on a pedestal because I’m human.
‘I’m not perfect, I’m gonna mess up in life, and lately I’ve been messing up a lot.
‘So I’ve decided I’m gonna just take a break from social media for a while.’
