FLOYD MAYWEATHER and Conor McGregor are "very close" to cutting a deal for the multi-million dollar rematch – with Money "willing to put his unbeaten record on the line", a source has claimed.
Personal terms have been agreed, according to the insider, but there are still arguments over the number of rounds – with Notorious wanting ten rounds.
The fight is set to be at 155lbs, the source said, which will mean the Irishman – believed to be tipping the scales at over 190 pounds since recovering from his broken leg – will need to shed some weight.
The source close to Money's camp told The Sun: "Connor will only take the fight providing Floyd is willing to put his professional record on the line – so the fight will not be an exhibition, it will be an official fight.
"It will be at 155lb. That's what we know so far.
"It will be the last time Floyd ever steps in the ring so it is not one to miss.

"The deal is very close to being done. Personal terms have been agreed on both parties.
"It will be one final show down. And yes records will be at stake.
"Floyd sees it as the end of the Mayweather era and the beginning of the Gervonta Davis era.
"He believes it will be the biggest night boxing will have ever seen and has been saying 'People best be ready because it's going to be something spectacular'.
"There are arguments about the rounds at the moment with Connor's team wanting 10 rounds. But the deal and rights are certainly getting there."
It comes after Mayweather allegedly made an offer of $157.9 million (£131.5m) to Conor McGregor for a rematch, with the undefeated champ boasting the fight will be "easy work, easy money" a source said.
Mayweather, 45, is said to be training "like he's 30" and is looking at the fight taking place next March in the Middle East with a potential fight between Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia as undercard, according to an insider in Money's camp.
It was rumored last month that the two sporting legends were in talks over a potential rematch that could be worth a staggering $1billion (£830m).
UFC legend McGregor then went on Instagram to claim that the deal could already be done, sharing a photo from their first fight in June 2017 – with the caption "I accept".
SunSport revealed earlier this year that the pair were in talks over a rematch.
The first McGregor vs Mayweather fight in Las Vegas became the second highest pay-per-view in fighting history attracting about 4 million viewers.
Mayweather went 50-0 with the tenth-round stoppage of the Dubliner, making around £250 million.
Money boosted that windfall at the bookies by carrying the novice in the early rounds and backing himself to get the win late.
McGregor cleared around £100m from the clash, which was his first ever professional boxing fight.
Mayweather's victory against The Notorious proved to be his last ever pro fight, but he has since fought in various exhibition matches.
He beat Tenshin Nasukawa in a 136-second beatdown in 2018.
