MULTI-MILLIONAIRE businessman John Dance is no longer the co-owner of King George winner Bravemansgame.
The horse will now run under the sole ownership of Bryan Drew amid a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) probe into Dance's business.
After a several days of speculation, following the news that his business had ceased operations while an investigation takes place, the BHA confirmed Bravemansgame would be allowed to run in the Bowl Chase at Aintree on Thursday.
It is not clear who made the decision to remove Dance, 48, as the co-owner of the Paul Nicholls-trained eight-year-old.
A spokesperson for the BHA said: “The BHA can confirm that Bravemansgame will be able to take his place in the Alder Hey Aintree Bowl Chase having been declared in the sole ownership of Mr Bryan Drew.
"We continue to liaise with Mr Dance and relevant authorities regarding the FCA’s ongoing investigation.”

Since WealthTek, which also has the trading names of Malloch Melville and Vertem Asset Management, was shut down Dance has not had any runners.
He employs James Horton as his private trainer from Manor House Farm Stables in Middleham, but the young handler does not have any new entries for the owner.
Dance, who is also a DJ in his spare time, has had a huge amount of success as an owner.
His brilliant filly Laurens won six Group 1 races on the Flat during her career, banking over £1.7 million in prize-money.
He is also the sponsor of a Group 1 race at Doncaster, namely the Vertem Futurity Trophy, as well as the Eider Chase at Newcastle.
WealthTek was ordered to stop all regulated activity a week ago and special administrators were ordered in last Thursday following the discovery of “serious regulatory and operational issues” by the FCA.
A special administration is classified by the FCA as “a modified insolvency procedure for certain investment firms”.
In addition to Bravemansgame, Shishkin, Ahoy Senor, A Plus Tard, Conflated and Ga Law were declared for the Grade 1 Betway Bowl, the feature race on day one of the Grand National meeting.
Bravemansgame and Shishkin are 9-4 joint-favourites with Coral ahead of 9-2 shots Conflated and A Plus Tard.
