CRISTIANO RONALDO looks set to start for Manchester United in Thursday's Europa League clash against Omonia Nicosia.
Boss Erik ten Hag has relegated to Ronaldo to Europa League duty this season, starting him just once in the Premier League.
So the 37-year-old is poised to be in from the start at Old Trafford tomorrow as he searches for his 701st club goal against the Cypriot minnows.
Especially with Anthony Martial a doubt for the game with a back injury.
The Frenchman was replaced by Ronaldo before the half hour mark in Sunday's 2-1 win over Everton.
Scott McTominay is banned for Sunday's game against Newcastle after he picked up his fifth Prem booking of the season against the Toffees, so he could start in the Europa League.

Fred is a potential parter for McTominay if Ten Hag wants to keep Christian Eriksen's legs fresh.
Meanwhile Tyrell Malacia could be reinstated at left-back after Luke Shaw was given the nod at Goodison.
Malacia started in Cyprus last week but was hooked at half-time after his error led to Omonia's opening goal.
Jadon Sancho is also likely to start having done so in Cyprus last week and being an unused sub at Everton, while Antony looks set to make it seven starts in a row on the right.

Raphael Varane missed the reverse game against Omonia through injury and was a sub at Goodison, so Victor Lindelof could continue alongside Lisandro Martinez with Harry Maguire still out.
Elsewhere Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Dalot and David De Gea are all poised to start.
Alternatively, Martial could recover from his knock in time to play.
Marcus Rashford may also be rewarded for his stunning form with another starting berth.
Casemiro is showing signs that he has adjusted to life at Old Trafford, and could be named in the starting line up for a third match on the spin.
Eriksen may be the man to partner him, while Anthony Elanga could come in after Antony's six game run of starts.
